Natural High Healing Massage and Energetics
The ''Natural High'' Session The Natural High session was developed through my own exploration and discovery of the most powerful way I could experience deep relaxation for myself. It is process I would do in various forms at home in the evenings to unwind from the day and experience stress release and lightening mind and body...a Natural High so to speak. Over time I discovered a specific sequence and method of combining 4 powerful healing modalities of Swedish massage, Chi machine, Solfeggio Tuning Forks and Reiki to create the perfect Natural High....a deep profound relaxation that provides an intense release and healing that lasts for days. The Natural High session is now available for you and your friends and family to experience and I am so excited to share it with you! So what is the ''Natural High''? The Natural High Session looks a lot like a typical bodywork session, it starts out similar to massage. You are on the massage table, face down just like during a swedish massage. Healing Music is playing in the background - crystal singing bowls, hemisync mind music, brain wave relaxation music for sound therapy and attuning to theta brain wave relaxation. The first part of the session encourages you to take deep breaths to allow your body to drop into the parasympathetic or ''rest and relax'' nervous system and leave the ''fight or flight'' part of your day behind. Througout the session the body unwinds, releasing layers of stress and tension leaving you relaxed and peaceful. During the session amachine called the Chi Machine is placed under your ankles as you relax. The Chi machine occiliates your body in a gentle figure eight motion to circulate the lymphatic fluid to help detoxify the body, decompress the spine, increase circulation and enhance oxygentation. It's occilating motion facilitates theta brain wave relaxation assisting you in entering a deep relaxed state. While you are in the Chi machine, I tune your body using 6 Solfeggio Tuning forks. The tuning forks vibrate to various frequencies that energize and attune the cells of the physical body and energy body to vibrate at higher frequencies of healing and relaxation. Most people enjoy this part of the session very much and sleep into a light trance that feels like sleep. Finally the Chi machine is removed and the session finishes with Reiki over the head, face, shoulders and neck. By this time most people are deeply relaxed and fall into a deep trance sleep. (I usually wait for the snore!) Reiki is a profound energy healing that feels like warm heat through the practitioner's hands to your body. The electromagnetic field of the practitioner's hands merge with your electromagnetic field to balance the cells, enhance relaxation and provide similar benefits as massage. After the Reiki section is complete your entire being has been relaxed and tuned...your physical body, your energetic body, your mind and emotions leave feeling lighter, relaxed and happy!
